Adapting the workflow is crucial to meet varying needs while

It is widely known that location sound begins days before the shooting: ensuring the right equipment, having backups ready and meticolous planning are key elements for a smooth production.

What not everybody considers, however, is the significance of the hours just before filming. Imagine arriving on set only to discover there's no sound because your recordist's alarm didn't go off. An efficient system built on careful habits and checklists ensures everything goes as planned.
